Manfred Rothkopf has done a number of major landscaping jobs at our home in Kingfisher Grove at different times during the last two years since we arrived in New Zealand.
The jobs include:
- A considerable amount of decking around a large pool area which involved a good degree of design work to create the indoor/outdoor flow to the pool area.
- Building retaining walls, necessary because of the contour of the garden.
- A number of paths created using Punga logs for the edges and steps and bark to retain the visual effect of the natural New Zealand forest garden.
Again because of the contours of the garden, brushstick fencing was used to face the retaining wall of the pool again creating a natural look.
The overall effect has been excellent and I would recommend the services of Manfred for the quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail, the reliability and ability to work to set time schedules.
This project was presented to Manfred as a general scheme but all the design details originated at Rothkopf Landscapes and have proved to be excellent now that the garden is more mature and the schemes, some of which required time to develop, are looking excellent.
I would be happy to recommend Manfred and his team for all the work done at number 3.
